Platform role
AsholNokol.com ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা প্রকাশের একটি স্বাধীন platform। এটি কোনো listed business-এর agent, seller, guarantor বা regulator নয় এবং review নিজে থেকে legal finding নয়।
User responsibility
ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে, অন্যের personal information প্রকাশ করা যাবে না এবং মিথ্যা বা মানহানিকর বক্তব্য দেওয়া যাবে না। Reviewer নিজের submitted content-এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
Business rights
Business profile দাবি, review-এর উত্তর এবং policy ভঙ্গকারী content report করতে পারে। Negative review শুধু negative হওয়ার কারণে সরানো হবে না।
Moderation and changes
Policy ভঙ্গ, fraud risk, court order বা নিরাপত্তার প্রয়োজনে content hold, edit request, reject বা remove করা হতে পারে। Public launch-এর আগে governing law and dispute terms যোগ করে legal review সম্পন্ন করা উচিত।
