What we collect
Review ও claim submission-এর সময় নাম, email, দোকানের তথ্য, review content এবং ঐচ্ছিক purchase evidence সংগ্রহ করা হয়। Claim থেকে verified business notification email রাখা হতে পারে। Reviewer, reporter ও business responder-এর email জনসমক্ষে দেখানো হয় না।
How information is used
তথ্য review moderation, fraud prevention, business verification, dispute handling এবং platform security-এর জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। কোনো review approved হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট business email-এ review alert ও private reply link পাঠানো হতে পারে। Public review-এ reviewer name ও approved content দেখা যেতে পারে।
Advertising and third parties
স্পষ্টভাবে চিহ্নিত direct banner advertisement দেখানো হতে পারে। Google AdSense চালু করা হলে Google এবং তার advertising partners cookies, web beacons, IP addresses বা অন্য identifiers ব্যবহার করে বিজ্ঞাপন পরিবেশন ও পরিমাপ করতে পারে। Applicable consent controls ad-network settings-এর অংশ হিসেবে পরিচালিত হয়।
Secure business reply links
Business reply link একটি নির্দিষ্ট approved review ও saved business email-এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত, signed এবং 30 দিন পর মেয়াদ শেষ হয়। Link পাওয়া ব্যক্তি business-এর পক্ষে moderated public response জমা দিতে পারেন, তাই link forward করা উচিত নয়।
Evidence controls
Uploaded evidence private object storage-এ রাখা হয়। কেবল অনুমোদিত moderator যাচাইয়ের প্রয়োজনে access করতে পারেন। Evidence public profile বা business reply-এর সঙ্গে প্রকাশ করা হয় না।

Policy updates
Platform feature, retention practice বা applicable requirement materially পরিবর্তিত হলে এই notice update করা হবে এবং page-এর update date পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
